British Youth Sailing & British Sailing Team

Our aim is to feed Welsh sailors into the British Youth Sailing and British Sailing Team programmes.

Travel & Events

Training takes place in North, South and West Wales. Sailors are encouraged to attend Welsh events, class ranking events, squad indicator events and to spend as much time on the water as possible outside organised training. Sailors will be offered event support by RYA Cymru Wales coaches at Welsh and class ranking events.

Multi stacking trailers are available in each region to loan for FREE to help with travel logistics.

Fees

Squad fees are heavily subsidised by Sport Wales funding. As a guide, non-residential camps are charged at £85 for a 2-day camp and £135 for a 2-day residential camp.
