Merched Y Mor
Merched Y Mor is our 'Women of the Sea' campaign to increase female participation in Wales.

Sailor Voice
Over the past 6 months we have been working with Sport Wales and their fantastic team of psychologists on a 'Sailor Voice' project. The project has involved work shops with sailors and parents to gather feedback on what we do over here at Welsh Sailing and what we can do to make it even better. At our events you'll notice some interactive ways that we collect your feedback.

Wishy Washy Station
Our most recent initiative is the Wishy Washy Station. The project is focused on hydration education and kit care.

CROESO Boat
The CROESO boat is a wellness boat designed to support sailors and volunteers on the water by providing:

Moral support

​Spare food & water
-
Toileting
-
Sun cream
-
Period products
-
First Aid
If sailors are out for a full day of racing there will be a 15 minute CROESO comfort break that will be signalled by the committee boat raising a CROESO flag.
